Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund policy does not impact any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and should not be considered as acknowledged until you receive a reply email.
All cancellations are at the discretion of Hi Tech Lockers as each cancellation is assessed on a case by case basis. This policy is due to your goods being made to order and bespoke, so we do not have a reasonable expectation of selling your precise item to another customer. The likelihood of a cancellation being accepted is based on the time from which the order is placed. The longer your order has been in the queue for production, the less likely we will be able to offer a cancellation.
As the goods you purchase from Hi Tech Lockers are bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds or return due to change of mind once the goods are completed and/or shipped to you.
If you wish to cancel before the goods have shipped to you, in some cases we may be able to offer a refund of your order value less any costs associated with the production of your order up to that point.
A refund or partial refund may be available on your order based on how long after the order was placed and where your order is up to in the manufacturing process. E.g. if you cancel your order within 24 hours, it is unlikely we will have any costs to cover. If you wish to cancel 4 weeks into your order having been placed, it is likely your goods are ready or close to being ready, meaning no refund will be possible.
