Where can you deliver to?

HiTechLockers.com can quote on ANY Australian address, but the fastest and easiest delivery locations are Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne plus surrounding suburbs. If you are a bit out of the way, contact us directly in order to get an accurate shipping quote.

Can you ship to a PO box?

No, our items are much too large.

I need the goods delivered on an upper level. Can you do this?

All delivery prices are quoted as ground floor or lift access only. We can certainly work with delivery challenges such as stair access only, after hours access or difficult parking, but we must quote on these deliveries on a case by case basis. Please let us know when you place the order if there are any delivery difficulties so we can work out a solution right away.

How long after I place my order will I receive my goods?

The lead time will be quoted to you prior to placing your order. Some items are stocked, which means they can be to you within a week or two depending on your location. Some items require manufacturing right here in Sydney, and this could extend the lead time up to 4-6 weeks. We will contact you directly when your order is ready to ensure we can coordinate a delivery day.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

Because the products are manufactured brand new in Sydney, they are shipped directly to you in most cases without packaging using blankets and professional furniture removalists. We encourage you to inspect your delivery thoroughly on arrival and call or email us immediately to let us know if there is any damage to your new unit. We can then organise a repair, replacement or refund depending on the type of damage and what we are able to do. In many cases, we can swap a door out or exchange a lock. That's the beauty of Australian Made!

What if I want to return the item after I received it?

Some products are able to be returned for a 20% restocking fee, however many items are made to order and are not able to be returned after they have been delivered. If this is of concern to you, please reach out to us prior to placing your order so we can find out what you need to know to make you confident. In some cases we can organise a showroom visit or have a sample delivered*.

* Delivery of sample items may incur freight charges.
